Band Member Privacy & Confidentiality Policy

The Performance Hub is for approved Next Episode band members to plan, rehearse, perform, and administer Next Episode business. It may contain nonpublic schedules, performance rosters, band and client contact details, venue information, call times, setlists, arrangements, agreements, notes, and files. Treat this information as Next Episode Internal Use Only.

1. Use it only for Next Episode work. Do not use it for another band, personal project, solicitation, or any purpose outside authorized Next Episode business.
2. Do not share it outside the authorized team. Do not forward, publish, post, screenshot, record, or distribute internal content, including on social media, without the band manager’s permission. Share only what a band member needs for the work. Secure any files you download.
3. Protect people and access. Keep client and member names, contact details, and private event information confidential. Use your own account, do not share your login, and promptly tell the band manager about lost devices, mistaken access, or suspected disclosure.
4. When access ends, stop using the information. On request or when your role ends, return or delete copies you hold, except records you must retain by law.

These restrictions do not apply to information lawfully public through no breach of this policy or information you already knew independently. Nothing here prevents a disclosure required by law or a legally protected report to an authority.

Next Episode records your Wix member ID, the policy version, and the date and time you accept to manage access and document consent. Authorized administrators can review that record. Wix and its service providers process information needed to operate the site. For questions or permission to share an item, contact the band manager.
